Community
Tarbell Management Group is very supportive of our Akwesasne Community and are thankful we can donate to local charities and organizations monetarily, as well as with goods and services. We participate in charity events including golf tournaments, concerts and sporting events to name a few. Several race cars and sporting teams have been sponsored by TMG through the years. TMG participates in Akwesasne Roadside Clean-up each Spring and has come in first place picking up the most bags of garbage along the roadsides of Akwesasne. This year we donated the prize money to help in the building of the new Generations Park. We’ve assisted individuals for medical needs by donating to Jamborees, BBQ and Spaghetti Dinner fundraisers and numerous other individual’s needs within our community. We’ve also assisted young people with educational and sporting achievements and goals.
As TMG is one of the largest employers in Akwesasne and one of the oldest businesses in our community, we know we can only be as good as the service we give to others. We’re thankful we can support our local volunteer fire department’s Mountain of Toys drive each Christmas and assist this department with Fire Prevention at the local schools each year by purchasing books for each child. Memory albums, flower bouquets and charity contributions are ways we help the bereaved in our community as well.
Donation and sponsorship requests may be made in writing to TMG at our address to the attention of “Donations”. All requests must include a letter or flyer explaining the request and to whose benefit.
TMG is a member of the Akwesasne Chamber of Commerce. We’re also members of the Chambers in Massena, NY and Malone, NY as a way to reach out to our surrounding business communities.
